These are the planned campaign rules. Final contribution terms, funding and fulfilment are not yet approved for opening intake.

One accepted report is enough.

Every contributor with at least one accepted, authorised report is eligible for the planned free Your Property Report. Any comparison depends on sufficient relevant, verified data; otherwise available findings and limitations will be provided.

Ten unlocks the additional gift card.

At 10 qualifying accepted reports cumulatively within the initial campaign, AUD $2 gift-card credit is planned for every qualifying accepted report, including the first nine. Ten qualifying accepted reports means AUD $20. Duplicate and rejected files do not count. Qualifying reports must be complete, legible, relevant strata/building/pest reports, authorised for contribution and no more than five years old on the submission date. Older reports can still be considered for research, without gift-card eligibility. This is not a ten-file minimum per upload.

Campaign dates.

Collection is planned to close on 7 November 2026, with finalisation contact on 9 November 2026. Research delivery follows separately. This seasonal gift-card offer does not create an ongoing reward entitlement after the campaign.

What still needs to be settled.

The final terms must identify the funded spend cap, gift-card provider and redemption conditions, report scope and delivery timing, approved rights and permitted use, storage and retention rules, and the contribution review and dispute process.
